Each member starts at On Boarding; a series of three 1-on-1 sessions. In these sessions, we'll dive a little deeper into what it means to be part of CrossFit Convergence and why we do the things we do. And of course, since we're a gym, be prepared to get in a great workout as well!

It's time to get in the best shape of your life! Once you've completed On Boarding, we'll get right into our group sessions. These sessions are the core of what we do here at CrossFit Convergence, and in each session you'll workout with our community to get better every day!
